Now that the DJ Trivia Laptop is connected to the TVs,  Right Click on the slides in the “Direct To Screen” Tab, and select “Check All” to quickly select all of the slides.

Then click “Run Slide Show”

Next, click on the “Manage Teams” Button

And use the “Add Existing Team” or “Add New Team” to sign teams in.  I recommend using the “Add Existing Team” and searching by team names, and if the team name is not found, then adding a new team.

Be sure to correctly enter the number of players each team has playing.  You can come back to the manage teams screen later in the game to add players if more players join their teams.

Click “Add Existing Team”

Search by Team Name, click “Add” or choose “Add New Team” if their team name does not exist in the system.

Select the number of players playing

If adding a new team, Type in the new team name (MUST BE FAMILY FRIENDLY)

Starting The Game

When teams are added, and you are ready to start the game, click on “Show Leader Board” to show all of the teams playing in Alphabetical Order.  Read off the team names and welcome them for playing.

Click on “DJ Trivia Rules One” slide and read the complete slide to the players.

Click on “DJ Trivia Rules Two” slide and read the complete slide to the players.

When you are ready to run the game, click on the “Return to Game” button.  This Action button moves you through the game. Follow the DJ Trivia script as you run the game, and have fun!

For easy hosting, you can click on “Commands” -> “Enable Fast Keys (Right Arrow for Next Slide)” which allows you to use the keyboard Right Arrow key instead of clicking on the action button.
